Promoters Directors :

Sh. Rudra Sen Sindhu, Promoter Director, completed his bachelor’s degree in arts in 1976 from Birendra Narayan Chakrabarty University and then qualified the combined Defence Services Examination (SSC) conducted by Union Public Service Commission and joined the Indian Army as Commissioned Officer. After completing his tenure with Army, he joined his family concern M/s. Mitter Sen and Co., which was engaged in the business of iron ore mining. Mr. Rudra Sen Sindhu promoted this Company in 1991. He has approximately 30 years of experience in the field of mining and mining logistics, finance, investment & cement manufacturing. He has business interests in a number of companies engaged mainly in the business of mining and logistics, coal beneficiation, power generation, manufacturing of portland cement, sponge iron and steel, stock broking, print media, finance and tourism. He has been the Chairman of the Expert Committee on Coal since 2008 and the Co-Chairman of the National Coal Committee of ASSOCHAM since 2009. He is also engaged in several charitable activities and was actively involved in rehabilitation of Gujarat earthquake victims. Beside that he is also involved in education field & runs many Schools & Gurukul for the upliftment of the downtrodden people.

Sh. Kuldeep Singh Solanki, Promoter Director, completed his bachelor’s degree in arts in 1976 from the University of Rajasthan, and then qualified the combined Defence Services Examination (SSC) conducted by Union Public Service Commission and joined the Indian Army as Commissioned Officer. After completing his tenure with Army, he joined Sainik Transporters Private Limited in 1982. He has approximately 30 years of experience in finance, Investment, the mining & mining logistics. He has business interests in a number of companies engaged mainly in the business of mining and logistics, coal beneficiation, power generation, manufacturing of portland cement. Mr. Kuldeep Singh Solanki has been with our Company since 1997.

Sh. Sarvesh Sindhu, Non- Executive Director, achieved the Captaincy of the School Basketball team and attended Delhi National Basketball camp in the year 2007. He has done his schooling from Sanskriti School, Chanakya Puri, Delhi. He also has done one year management studies from Boston University, United States of America. After completing his studies he joined his family business and gained Knowledge of the coal mining, contract mining, mining logistics and setting up and operation of power plants and non-banking finance business.

Non-Executive Independent Directors :

Mr. Ramesh Shah, is qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He has completed a bachelor’s degree in science from University of Kashmir in the year 1977 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a qualified Cost Accountant. He has extensive experience of heading functions like statutory audit, taxation, accounts, finance, costing, MIS, internal and management audit, commercial, administration, material management, systems and controls, mergers, acquisition, takeovers etc.

Mrs Nishi Sabharwal, is an accomplished corporate leader with vast experience as senior positions across diversified & premium organization such as Shyam Telecom Ltd, CITI Bank NA, American Express Bank, Standard Chartered Bank & Axis Bank. Mrs. Nishi Sabharwal specializes in Client Experience Management, Relationship Banking, Wealth Management, Private – Business Development Banking, International Trade Services, Branch-Team Building Banking, Channel Partners Management. She is proficient in building and mentoring teams, business development and relationship management with great business acumen & leadership quality.

Mrs. Nishi Sabharwal has spent most of her career in Multi National Co., working in multitude of roles that involved large transformations of personnels & business as well by working closely with their founders, CEO, CFO, COO to define organization strategy & executing on it. Mrs. Nishi Sabharwal is passionate about increasing participation of women in the corporate world.She conceptualized and led a women’s network at her previous organizations. Mrs. Nishi Sabharwal is on Board of few public limited companies as an Independent Women Director.

Mr. Bharat Sinh, holds Bachelor Degree in Economics i.e. BA (Hons) from Fergusson College, Pune. During his career he has worked with various government and non-government organisation at senior positions across the various fields and Jobs. He joined Army and worked as Commissioned Officer from 1977 to 1982. He has been awarded with SENA MEDAL during his army services for his acts of exceptional devotion to duty and courage which has special significance for the Army.
